Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on international orders over $50.00 before tax. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.

Domestic Shipping is provided by Canada Post ( 2-7 business days )

International Shipping is provided by UPS ( 7-15 business days )

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Canada on the same or next business day from the date the order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed. If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. if still not received please contact info@victoriakhanlari.com.

Please note: for international orders, we are not responsible for any additional customs charges of fees once your package has left our warehouse.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@victoriakhanlari.com to organize the return of your item quoting your order number. Returned items should be received within 30 days. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. The item will be refunded and not exchanged. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded. Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging. Ones your item has been inspected, you will be refunded for the returned items one the same method of payment you purchased the order with.

Packages returned back to victoriakhanalri.com to an incomplete address, undeliverable addresses, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
